Support for Students

If you are feeling overwhelmed, worried, or just need someone to listen, it is always best to talk to a trusted adult.

All teachers and staff at Marlwood are ready to listen and support you. If they can’t answer your question directly, they will help connect you with someone who can.

Getting Support at School

  • Talk to an Adult in School:

You can speak to your Form Tutor, Head of Year, Head of Key Stage, or any member of staff you feel comfortable with.

  • Complete the "Share and Support" Form:

If you prefer to write down how you feel, you can use our online form. You can use this to report bullying, share if you are feeling low, suggest ways we can improve the school, or thank a member of staff.

(Note: The form can be submitted anonymously, but if you need direct help, please make sure to include your name so we know who to reach out to. Submitting the form notifies Mr Johnson.)

Getting Support Outside of School

If you need support outside of school hours, during weekends, or over the holidays, please reach out to a family member or a trusted adult. While friends are great for listening, they might not always have the tools to help you solve difficult problems.
