I hope you find it a helpful source of information about our
school. Marlwood is a successful, mixed comprehensive school,
catering for young people of all abilities up to the age of eighteen.
We have specialist status as a Science College but have also gained the prestigious Artsmark Gold Award and Investors in Community Engagement Award, in recognition of the outstanding activity taking place in these areas.
All of our students are encouraged to aim for excellence and to fulfil their individual potential academically, socially and personally. We want them to become successful, confident and caring adults who will be able to play an active part in a society where adaptability, enterprise and consideration for others are increasingly important.
